Feel it to heal it.
Your body knows more than you think.
You long to feel energetic, clear-headed, and in top shape. But where do you begin?
The secret lies in looking at what nourishes you, what gives you energy, what throws you off balance, and what's at play beneath the surface.
Nutrition. Lifestyle. Energy. Awareness. And sometimes a little magic. For me, these are the keys to initiating change and anchoring it sustainably in your life.

Your body does not operate in separate compartments. So why look at it as if it does? Nutrition, lifestyle, energy, stress, emotions, and how you feel are all constantly influencing one another. Sometimes the answer is practical and easy. At other times, it requires you to step back and notice connections you may not have seen before.
The point is not to make health more complicated, but to understand what your body is telling you.
Having spent many years combining a busy professional life with raising four children, I know first-hand what it takes to show up fully, move between different roles and function at your best. I also know just how much difference nutrition, lifestyle, and being more conscious of how you use your energy can make.
The three keys
We discover what works for you
Food that does not just sound healthy. Food that genuinely nourishes your body, kept simple, natural, and realistic for your life.
Nutrition

Sleep, movement, rest, routine and recovery. Everyday choices that can make a bigger impact than you might think.
Lifestyle

These are the three keys I like to use. Not everything has to happen at once, and there’s no need to blindly follow rules. Together, we work out what feels right for you.
Energy & awareness

What you will not find on an ingredients list matters too. Stress, emotions, energy, how you feel, and the subtle signals that can tell you a surprising amount about what does and does not work for you.
Who is this for?

You ask a lot of yourself. You work hard, carry responsibility and are there for others. At the same time, you want to stay fit, clear-headed and energised, so you can be fully present in your work, your life and everything that matters to you.
Perhaps what you are really looking for is what will genuinely support you. Sometimes it can feel as though you have lost your bearings at sea for a moment. You know where you want to go, but need a clear beacon to help you find your course again.
This may sound familiar:
- You know you want to take better care of yourself. You already do a lot, and would like to feel even more energised, fitter and more balanced.
- Alongside relevant medical advice, you want to understand what you can do yourself, naturally, through nutrition and lifestyle.
- You are constantly flooded with health information and want clarity on what is truly relevant to you, and what can realistically become part of your busy, full life.
That is how I approach health too. First, we get clear on where you are. Then, step by step, you adjust your course. Small course corrections can eventually change everything.
What do you need right now? Would you like to get clear on the basics first? Is there one specific health question you would like to explore from a different, more natural perspective? Or are you looking for personal, in-depth guidance?

Integrative Nutritional Therapy & Life Coaching. For anyone thinking: I want to understand the whole picture.
Hi, I'm Charlotte.

I'm a mother of four, have spent more than 30 years working in international business, and have been fascinated by nutrition, nature, and natural healing from an early age.
For years, that interest ran like a thread through my work, family life and everything in between. Then I gave myself the space to turn that passion into something more and completed the two-year Integrative Nutritional Therapy & Life Coaching programme at the New School of Nutritional Medicine in London, graduating with distinction.
The programme instilled something that had always been there: a desire to show people how much influence they can have over how they feel, and how small changes can make a real difference.
Everything I have learned, lived through, built, lost, explored, and felt along the way now comes with me into Honest Healing. I offer you a personal and often slightly different perspective. I look at what is visible, but also at how you feel, the connections between things, and the small signals that might otherwise be overlooked.
That is what Honest Healing is about for me: awareness, discovering what is relevant to you, and finding a way to make it a genuine part of your life.

Waldorf school, nature & curiosity
I grew up in an environment centred around creativity, nature, rhythm and the whole child. My fascination with healthy food, herbs and natural healing began early. It was simply part of me, and it never really disappeared. That same curiosity and open mind still shape the way I look at health today.
Competition sailing & the elements
Competition sailing was an important part of my youth. I became Belgian Hobie Cat 16 champion twice. Out on the water, I learnt to feel, react quickly, trust and move with whatever came my way. You cannot control everything. Sometimes life asks you to pay attention, adjust your course and keep sailing.

International life, family & connection
I grew up internationally, living in different countries and cultures. From an early age, this taught me that there is rarely only one right way to live, eat or see the world. Throughout it all, my parents, brothers, sister and their families have remained my anchors. We may live far apart, but our bond is close and invaluable. To me, home is not simply a place. It is, above all, the people you can always come home to.
30+years of projects, people & moving forward
For more than 30 years, I have worked internationally across project management, consultancy, operations and leadership. I am good at bringing structure to complexity, spotting connections, bringing people together and turning ideas into reality. I still do this work today. It is not a previous version of me, but an important part of who I am.
I deliberately bring that side of myself into Honest Healing. Insight is valuable, but ultimately it needs to become something practical that works in a real and often busy life.

Four children, faith, values & choosing afresh
I am a mother to four nearly grown-up children. Motherhood, work, relationships, change and responsibility have taught me a great deal about resilience, caring for others and finding my way back to balance, time and again.
Throughout it all, my faith and values have remained an important foundation: integrity, staying true to who you are, not losing yourself, not giving up when life is difficult, and continuing to look for what feels right. And perhaps most importantly: caring well for others does not mean forgetting yourself along the way.
Integrative Nutritional Therapy & Life Coaching
My interest in health and natural healing never left me. At some point, I wanted to move beyond reading, experiencing, and trying things out, and truly understand the foundations. So I ventured out to complete a two-year, science-based Integrative Nutritional Therapy & Life Coaching programme at the New School of Nutritional Medicine in London, graduating with distinction. That was where the pieces of the puzzle came together, and a lifelong fascination became a solid professional foundation.

Everything comes together
Honest healing isn't a career change; it’s the place where my worlds collide. To me, health goes beyond just nutrition. Lifestyle, stress, emotions, energy, nature, and consciousness are all interconnected. Food and nature. Knowledge and feeling. Structure and intuition. The explainable and, occasionally, a little bit of magic. That’s why I don’t approach things from a single, fixed perspective, but rather focus on what is relevant to you. Whether you want to understand the basics, have a specific health concern, or are looking for personal guidance: together, we will find more clarity, balance, and confidence in what works for you. That is Honest Healing. And it’s far from finished. Which is a good thing.
Transformations worth sharing
“Charlotte guided me through 6 hours of coaching, particularly focusing on my business, and also helping me with job interviews. She helped me come up with new ideas and reach a new level of confidence and belief in myself. Always listening carefully, Charlotte asked me thought-provoking questions and also offered different perspectives on things, which I welcomed.”
“Charlotte provides a holistic approach, creating a space where I felt completely comfortable opening up about anything. She brings a thoughtful blend of tools and perspectives that make personal growth feel less daunting and more approachable. Her guidance supports both the mind and body, offering balance and compassion throughout.”
“During my program, I worked with Charlotte on small, achievable adjustments to my diet and lifestyle. Her approach was gentle, personal, and always tailored to what was realistic for me. These targeted changes had a remarkably large impact on my migraines. Where I used to have only three to five headache-free days per month on average, I now experience a maximum of three headache days per month. Six months later, these adjustments have become second nature, and I am still experiencing the positive results today. Not only a lasting reduction in my migraines, but also noticeably more energy in daily life. Through open conversations, targeted tests, and personalized recipes, Charlotte combines her expertise with warm guidance that stands the test of time.”
